Volleyball Recap: Flintridge Prep Gets the Win

After losing to Monrovia the last time they met, Flintridge Prep decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Flintridge Prep Wolves walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Monrovia Wildcats on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

The win got Flintridge Prep back to even at 2-2. As for Monrovia, they dropped their record down to 6-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Flintridge Prep will venture away from home to take on South Pasadena at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The last three games South Pasadena has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Monrovia, they will head out to square off against Madison at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
