Soccer Recap: White House Comes Up Short

White House was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Glencliff Colts.

White House's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Glencliff, their win ended a six-match drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11-1.

Coming up, White House will host Macon County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Macon County's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Glencliff does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
