North Creek has gone 8-2 against Bothell recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the North Creek Jaguars challenge the Bothell Cougars at 5:40 p.m. One thing working in North Creek's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine matches.

Last Friday, North Creek was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 64-59 to Lake Washington.

Meanwhile, Bothell played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Redmond, falling 84-61. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 173rd, while the Mustangs are ranked 36th).

North Creek will have to contain Stefan Savovic as he made an impact in Bothell's last game. He went 8 of 10 en route to 21 points along with five rebounds and four steals. That's the most points Savovic has posted since back in November of 2024. Nassir Gatdet was another key player, putting up ten points.

North Creek's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-8. As for Bothell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

North Creek strolled past Bothell when the teams last played back in January by a score of 69-53. The rematch might be a little tougher for North Creek since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
