Mooresville has gone 10-0 against Greenwood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mooresville Pioneers will be home for the holidays to greet the Greenwood Woodmen at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Mooresville has five straight victories, Greenwood has ten straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Saturday, Mooresville made easy work of Bloomington North and carried off a 52-31 win.

Meanwhile, Greenwood was beaten by Franklin Community 72-32 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Woodmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 334th, while the Grizzly Cubs are ranked 105th).

Greenwood's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Mooresville, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Mooresville against Greenwood in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, as the squad secured a 68-36 victory. Will Mooresville repeat their success, or does Greenwood have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
