Kennedy Memorial is 8-2 against Perth Amboy since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Meanwhile, Perth Amboy made easy work of East Brunswick Vo-Tech on Wednesday and carried off a 9-2 win.

Kiarelys Santiago was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one triple. That triple was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Izabella Pardo, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.

Perth Amboy's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Kennedy Memorial, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-2.

Kennedy Memorial couldn't quite finish off Perth Amboy in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 and fell 6-4. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
