Volleyball Recap: Roy Comes Up Short

The Roy Royals lost 3-0 to the West Field Longhorns on Tuesday. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-12, 25-11.

Roy's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for West Field, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Roy will take on rival Bonneville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, West Field is set to challenge their familiar foe Northridge at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
