Braydon Hoffman posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out ten batters over four innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Hoffman and White Knoll will take on Mountain View Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Stars will enter the matchup having just beaten Silver Bluff, so the Timberwolves will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
