Softball Recap: Norton Science & Language Academy Takes a Loss

Norton Science & Language Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 23-2 to the Calvary Baptist Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 25-0 back in March.

Norton Science & Language Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Calvary Baptist, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Norton Science & Language Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Bethel Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Calvary Baptist will square off against rival Packinghouse Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
