Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Genesee Christian). They blew past the Beecher Buccaneers 77-14 on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Soldiers, who have now won six contests in a row.

Genesee Christian pushed their record up to 17-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.3 points over those games. As for Beecher, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Looking ahead, Genesee Christian will head out on the road to take on Oakland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Genesee Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. Beecher does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
