Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Charles). They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-51 victory over the Merrill Vandals on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 52-35 back in December of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for St. Charles and bumps their season record up to 7-10. As for Merrill, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Charles will face off against Ashley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Charles is facing Ashley at the right time seeing as Ashley is stuck on a 15-game losing streak. As for Merrill, they will challenge Coleman at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
