Basketball Recap: Demitri Mills' Big Game Can't Quite Lead the Webb School over Battle Ground Academy

The Webb School was the 54-53 winner over Battle Ground Academy when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Webb School Feet fell 68-57 to the Battle Ground Academy Wildcats on Friday.

The Webb School's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Demitri Mills, who posted ten points and three steals. Those ten points gave Mills a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Brown, who had 14 points.

The Webb School's loss dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Battle Ground Academy, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-10.

The Webb School didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 80-70 win against Columbia Academy on the 15th. As for Battle Ground Academy, they have also already played their next game, a 78-62 defeat against Providence Christian Academy on the 15th.
