Softball Recap: Pullman's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

It was a good run, but Pullman unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the East Valley Knights by a score of 9-8. The Greyhounds were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Knights earlier this season, when they won 11-10.

Juliana Stewart made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Hadlee Zuercher was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Pullman's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for East Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Pullman nor East Valley have any future games scheduled.
