St. Andrew's Episcopal scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They were beaten by the Pisgah Dragons 78-44. The loss continues a trend for the Saints in their matchups with the Dragons: they've now lost three in a row.

Pisgah's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Laylah Johnson, who almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine rebounds. Johnson has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 19 times she's played. Christan Love was another key player, going 11 of 17 on her way to 20 points.

St. Andrew's Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Pisgah, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-1.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Puckett the next time they take the court. Pisgah will head out to face Puckett at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while St. Andrew's Episcopal will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
