Volleyball Game Preview: Olathe North Eagles vs. Olathe East Hawks + How To Watch

The Olathe North Eagles will square off against the Olathe East Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Olathe North will be strutting in after a victory while Olathe East will be coming in after a defeat.

On Thursday, Olathe North earned a 3-1 win over Lawrence.

The victory didn't come easy: Lawrence scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22, 17-25, 25-19.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Olathe East and Lawrence Free State, and Lawrence Free State kept the tradition alive. The Hawks lost 3-0 to the Firebirds on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Hawks have suffered since September 30th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23, 25-9.

Olathe North's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-11. As for Olathe East, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-23 record this season.
