Volleyball Recap: Paradise Honors Wins Going Away Against Moon Valley

Paradise Honors had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Moon Valley on Thursday. The Panthers blew past the Rockets 3-0.

Paradise Honors not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Moon Valley between 15 and 16 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-16.

Paradise Honors can attribute much of their success to Julian Artelli, who had seven digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Artelli a new career-high. Patrick Dyson also deserves some recognition as he had his first block of the season.

Artelli wasn't the only good server: Paradise Honors was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. The Panthers are a perfect 3-0 when they serve at least ten aces.
