After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grand Saline, Eustace was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Winona Wildcats a 15-0 shutout. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' most dominant victory of the season so far.
Madilyn Andrews was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, she gave up only two walks, the fewest she's had since back in February. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while going 3-for-3. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024.
