Softball Recap: Enterprise's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Monday

It was a good run, but Enterprise unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 7-4 to the West Lauderdale Knights. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 7-3 to the Knights when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Enterprise's loss dropped their record down to 20-8. As for West Lauderdale, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season.

Enterprise has already played their next matchup (against Newton County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for West Lauderdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 7-3 defeat against Northwest Rankin on the 15th.
