Firelands has gone 10-0 against Black River recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Firelands' victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Black River, their loss dropped their record down to 4-15.

Firelands took their win against Black River in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 74-50. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Black River's Parker Broadsword, who went 7 for 11 en route to 21 points.
