Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Ej Mowery stepped things up a notch to give Union Hill the 'W'. Mowery rushed for 31 yards and one TD, and also threw for 71 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. The performance also marked the most passer rating (160.4) he has had since back in October of 2024.

Mowery and Union Hill will look to defend their home field on Friday against Saint Jo at 7:00 p.m. The Bulldogs got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Panthers thanks in part to Mowery: he rushed for 200 yards and four scores while picking up 8.0 yards per carry, and also threw for 170 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
