Softball Recap: Johnsonville Flashes vs. Lake City Panthers

Johnsonville won against Green Sea Floyds two weeks ago with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Flashes put the hurt on the Lake City Panthers with a sharp 11-1 victory. The Flashes haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Natalee Taylor made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). Those nine strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
