Volleyball Recap: South Pointe Takes a Loss

If South Pointe was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Lancaster on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Stallions came up short against the Dreher Blue Devils on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Stallions in their meetings with the Blue Devils: they've now lost five in a row.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11, 25-10.

South Pointe's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Dreher, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-11.

South Pointe has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Rock Hill on the 13th. As for Dreher, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Camden on the 14th.
