Gilbert won against Aiken last Thursday with 12 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Gilbert Indians put the hurt on the Aiken Fighting Green Hornets with a sharp 12-2 victory. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Fighting Green Hornets recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Gilbert's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Aiken, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.
