Concord Academy found their leader in freshman Justice Alexander, who went 11 of 24 on her way to 31 points in addition to six boards and three steals. The game was Alexander's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Smith, who went 6 for 14 on her way to 15 points and seven steals.

Meanwhile, Metrolina Christian Academy didn't have too much trouble with Greater Cabarrus S on Thursday as they won 66-50. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Metrolina Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.9 points per game. As for Concord Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 15-6.

Everything came up roses for Concord Academy against Metrolina Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 65-26 win.
