Basketball Recap: South Davidson Comes Up Short on the Road Against Thales Academy Apex + How To Watch

South Davidson kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the Thales Academy Apex Titans by a score of 46-44.

South Davidson lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jude Matney, who posted seven points.

Among those leading the charge was Om Shah, who earned 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of John Mitchell, who put up seven points.

Thales Academy Apex's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6.

Coming up, South Davidson is taking a road trip to challenge East Davidson at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Thales Academy Apex, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against St. David's at 6:30 p.m.
