Baseball Recap: Portola Comes Up Short

Portola lost against Biggs back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 4-3. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bradley Silva made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Portola's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Biggs, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wolverines beat Portola by a score of 16-2 later that day.
