Softball Recap: Turner Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Turner's offense. They lost 13-0 to Reedy on Wednesday. Turner hasn't had much luck with Reedy recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Turner now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Reedy, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Turner will square off against Wakeland at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions will need to watch out since the Wolverines have now posted at least ten runs in their last five matchups. As for Reedy, they will be playing at home against Highland Park at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Scots have averaged an impressive 10.6 runs per game this season.
