Football Recap: Flanagan Takes a Loss

Flanagan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 12-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Miramar Patriots. The Falcons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Patriots from their previous meeting back in March of 2021.

Flanagan's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Miramar, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Flanagan will head out to challenge Coral Glades at 4:30 p.m. on March 12th. As for Miramar, they will face off against Plantation at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Miramar's offense hasn't had much luck over their past five contests, but Monday's matchup will give them a chance to turn things around.
