Mesa Ridge extended their winning streak to 19 games thanks to a huge performance from Zander Iwanski. The Mesa Ridge Grizzlies came out on top against the Palmer Ridge Bears by a score of 57-44 on Saturday thanks to Iwanski, who went 6-for-12 on his way to 19 points and five boards. That's the most points he has posted since back in March of 2024.

Despite the loss, Palmer Ridge still got an impressive performance from Logan Boyer, who went 6-for-10 to rack up 20 points and seven rebounds. Boyer's afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cohen Berry, who put up six points.

Mesa Ridge pushed their record up to 19-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.9 points over those games. As for Palmer Ridge, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Mesa Ridge has already played their next matchup, a 64-57 victory against Evergreen on the 17th. As for Palmer Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 51-49 win against Falcon on the 17th.
