Soccer Recap: Riverside-Brookfield Takes a Loss

After soaring to six goals the game before, Riverside-Brookfield was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They fell just short of the Glenbard East Rams by a score of 2-1. Riverside-Brookfield were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Glenbard East apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.

Riverside-Brookfield's goal came courtesy of Ella Caputo, who's now up to six this season.

Riverside-Brookfield has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12-1 record this season. As for Glenbard East, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-7-2.
