Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Paxon School For Advanced Studies). They came out on top against the Riverside Generals by a score of 54-41 on Tuesday. Given the Golden Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 172nd, while the Generals are ranked 349th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Christain Rick'S was the offensive standout of the game as he posted 16 points. Michael Underwood was another key player, putting up seven points.

Paxon School For Advanced Studies is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Riverside, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.
