Baseball Recap: Ogemaw Heights Wins Going Away Against Bullock Creek

Ogemaw Heights never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Bullock Creek Lancers. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won six contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

The result came thanks to Wyatt Biskup's shutout, as he gave up just four hits and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, Robbie Hock was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Edgar Potter, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

The win made it two in a row for Ogemaw Heights and bumps their season record up to 11-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Bullock Creek, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Ogemaw Heights will challenge Alpena at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bullock Creek, they will square off against Sacred Heart Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
