Salome is a perfect 3-0 against Mountainside since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Frogs will face off against the Wolves at 1:00 p.m. Salome has given up an average of 12.2 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Salome came up short against Antelope on Wednesday, falling 15-4.

Meanwhile, Mountainside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 29-0 to Kingman Academy.

Salome's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Mountainside, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Salome took their victory against Mountainside when the teams last played back in March of 2023 by a conclusive 24-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Frogs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
