Basketball Recap: Wolcott College Prep Makes It Three in a Row at Home

Wolcott College Prep extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Habtamu Olson. The Wolcott College Prep Wolves blew past the Cruz Dragons 59-30 on Monday thanks in part to Olson, who almost dropped a triple-double on 19 points, 11 boards, and nine steals. Those 19 points gave him a new career-high.

Another player making a difference was Amir Haleem, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games he's played.

Wolcott College Prep is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.8 points. As for Cruz, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-14.
