Volleyball Recap: Sunset Comes Up Short

Sunset lost against Mountainside back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Apollos took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mavericks. The Apollos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sunset's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Mountainside, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Coming up, Sunset will take on Forest Grove in a tournament on Saturday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Apollos surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mountainside, they will host Southridge at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
