Baseball Recap: Wallington Takes a Loss

Wallington fell victim to Park Ridge and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 13-0 to the Owls, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Panthers have struggled against the Owls recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Wallington's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Park Ridge, the win keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Wallington will square off against Bergen Charter at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Park Ridge, they will venture away from home to square off against Emerson at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
