Dexter waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Novi Wildcats. The Dreadnaughts were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Wildcats, so the Dreadnaughts were just returning the favor.

Larkin Pham paced Dexter's offense, picking up ten kills. Pham got some help from Chloe Burns and her 21 assists. Selena Hochendoner controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Dexter's win bumped their record up to 22-1-2. As for Novi, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-8 record this season.

Dexter didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Saline on the 4th. Novi has also already played their next matchup (against Lake Orion), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
