Basketball Recap: Arrowhead Skates Past South Milwaukee with Ease

Arrowhead entered their tilt with South Milwaukee on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They breezed past the South Milwaukee Rockets to the tune of 77-48. Given the Warhawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 111th, while the Rockets are ranked 332nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Arrowhead now has a winning record of 10-9. As for South Milwaukee, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-14.

Looking ahead, Arrowhead will welcome Mukwonago at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Arrowhead knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Mukwonago likes a good challenge. As for South Milwaukee, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 62-45 victory against Pius XI Catholic on the 11th.
