Basketball Recap: South Lenoir Triumphs

The matchup between South Lenoir and Dixon on Tuesday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Blue Devils managed a 61-57 victory over the Bulldogs. This was payback for the Blue Devils, who suffered a 2-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

When it comes to explaining why Dixon lost, don't look at Noah Wright. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 31 points and 11 rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, Wright now owns an excellent 50% field goal percentage. Isaiah Hilary was another key player, putting up eight points and five boards.
