Baseball Recap: Pike Red Devils vs. Daleville Broncos
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Central, Pike was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Daleville Broncos by a score of 5-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Red Devils as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Lincoln Sigmund was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and only one walk). He has become a key player for Pike: the team is 4-2 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 3-4 otherwise. Sigmund was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.
