Volleyball Recap: Greater Lowell Tech Wins Going Away Against Dracut

Greater Lowell Tech won the last time they faced Dracut and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Gryphons put the hurt on the Middies with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Gryphons.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-18, 25-14.

Justin Tejeda paced Greater Lowell Tech's offense, picking up nine kills. Tejeda got some help from Luis Carrasquillo and his 23 assists. Finally, Tejeda was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Greater Lowell Tech's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Dracut, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Looking ahead, Greater Lowell Tech will host Salem at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dracut, they have already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Haverhill on the 16th.
