Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Deer Valley). Everything went their way against the Agua Fria Owls on Wednesday as they made off with  a  21-3 win. The  victory was nothing new for the Skyhawks as they're now sitting on three straight.
The team  relied heavily on  Kyla Decker, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, seven  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  two  runs gave  her a new career-high.  Priscilla Lopez was another key player,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs and two  RBI.
 Deer Valley was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .517. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .323 or higher in 11 consecutive  games.
Deer Valley's win was  their eighth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 20-5-1.
