Football Recap: JW North Huskies vs. Orange Vista Coyotes
JW North extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 1-8. They had to suffer through a 52-14 loss at the hands of the Orange Vista Coyotes. The Huskies were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-7.
When it comes to explaining why JW North lost, don't look at Josiah Harmison. Despite the final result, he rushed for 194 yards and two scores while picking up 12.1 yards per carry. Harmison's longest rush was for an incredible 71 yards.
As for Orange Vista, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. That 38 point margin sets a new team best for them this season.
It was another big night for Khalil Abdul-Aziz, who threw for 285 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 11.4 yards per attempt, and also punched in one TD on the ground.
