Basketball Recap: North Metro Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for North Metro, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in February. They came out on top against the Anderson HomeSchool SONS by a score of 59-47 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Blazers: when they faced off against the SONS back in February, they had to take a 66-51 defeat.

Several SONS players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Clark Emly, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Looper, who posted nine points.

North Metro's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Anderson HomeSchool, they moved to 22-16 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

As of now, neither North Metro nor Anderson HomeSchool have any future games scheduled.
