Basketball Recap: Sebeka Comes Up Short

Sebeka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 69-36 defeat at the hands of the Menahga Braves. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 298th, while the Braves are ranked 63rd).

Sebeka's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Menahga, their win bumped their record up to 21-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sebeka will host Pillager at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Menahga, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wadena-Deer Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
