Texoma Christian entered their tilt with Sacred Heart on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 47-31 victory over the Sacred Heart Tigers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Clayton Bezner, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Hadden Sprouse, who posted ten points.

Texoma Christian pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for Sacred Heart, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Texoma Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Bland at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Sacred Heart, they will take on Red River in a tournament on Thursday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Jayden Villarreal and Corban Tyler.
