Basketball Game Preview: Medina Bobcats vs. Rocksprings Angoras

Medina is 1-9 against Rocksprings since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Medina Bobcats will challenge the Rocksprings Angoras at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Medina is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Friday. They lost to Knippa on the road by a 66-48 margin.

Meanwhile, Rocksprings ended up a good deal behind Comstock on Friday and lost 53-36.

Rocksprings' defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-11. As for Medina, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 6-11.

Medina didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Rocksprings when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 44-39 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Medina since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
