Baseball Recap: Woodland Takes a Loss

Woodland made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Greenville, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Cardinals fell just short of the Bears by a score of 4-2 on Saturday. The Cardinals just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Woodland saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Shock, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI. That RBI was Shock's first of the season.

Woodland's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Greenville, their win bumped their record up to 16-4.

As of now, neither Woodland nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
