They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Florida State University High School 65-10 at home. That 65-10 margin sets a new team best for Rutherford this season.
Shakirah Edwards continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. She set a new season high mark in steals with seven. Nautica Bouie was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Florida State University High School's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Makiyah McHenry, who scored five points, and Micah Evora who scored five points.
Rutherford's victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 38.14 points. As for Florida State University High School, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
