 After losing to Lincoln College Prep the last time they met, Washington decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Washington Wildcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  3-2  win over the Lincoln College Prep Blue Tigers  on Friday. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Washington.
 Washington's victory was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Hunter Bidding, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3. Bidding has been consistent recently: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances. Another player making a difference was  Tanner Stewart, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 Washington's win was  their fourth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 5-2. As for Lincoln College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
 Washington will head out on the road to  face off against  Wyandotte at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Lincoln College Prep, they will look to defend their home field  on Saturday against University Academy Charter at 12:00  p.m.
