Softball Recap: Bound Brook Takes a Loss

Bound Brook lost against Delaware Valley last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Crusaders lost 16-1 to the Terriers. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rachael Gurczeski made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run marked the first that she launched this season.

Bound Brook's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Delaware Valley, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bound Brook will challenge South Hunterdon at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Delaware Valley, they will take on Nottingham at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
